Hi Funnculee,
my name is David and I read about your latin piano playing and just wanted to find out how you were doing on it. I’m a piano player myself and have been doing it for the past 20 years with various bands, combos, trios, quartettes, quintettes, and sextettes. I’d like to know where you’re at in your playing, that is if you still are and send you some material every once in a while. For no reason other than the fact that I love music and I actually write and compose for other groups. I live in Brooklyn NY and I would just like to keep spreading the techniques of latin piano and then maybe you can pass them on to other players in the future. Isn’t it obvious?

I signed on to my 43things today, and found funniculee cheered me twice! So, i thought Id investigate this individual!! I found that he/she has amazing goals, and seems like a really nice person :)

She appreciates the guitar solo at the end of sultans of swing which always makes me laugh

I am soooo impressed by her independent publishing efforts; I like her attitude and the way she comes across; and I want to build a strawbale house someday, too, so I’m very curious as to how this project of hers will turn out!

I want to meet Nikki because she cheered my goal of having a bookstore and said she would come by and see it when she’s in town. That is so sweet!

Ok… I finally figured it out (I am new to this). It was unclear to me how you said “why you wanted to meet someone”.

Now that the technology is all straightened out….

Thanks for the coment on my list, so of course I checked out your list and liked your style. Probably, we will never actually meet, but it is nice to know there are people moving in a similar direction. I like seeing your name in my “to meet” people so I have a bookmark to check on what the future holds for you.

Good luck on grad school and you really should get that fiddle fixed :)
